A RELIABLE ALLY

In 1958 – 60 years ago, Westrup was founded by the brothers Knud and Troels Westrup. However, constructing seed processing equipment was not new to them. They already had years of prior experience and that experience laid the foundation for Westrup. The two brothers first started building Westrup machines in Troels’ garage and soon realised they had something promising in the making.

Knud and Troels spent hours inventing, developing and building machines, staying up late to meet deadlines. They started small but kept expanding, and soon, they moved their production to Soroevej in Slagelse, Denmark, where Westrup is still located today.

Over time, Westrup has earned a reputation as one of the leading manufacturers of reliable and high-quality machinery for seed conditioning and grain cleaning. It is still an ambition of ours to invent, develop and build machines – just like when we first started.

Yet, we offer more than machines – we offer knowledge and productivity enhancing solutions to the seed and grain industry. Over the years, we have acquired in-depth knowledge of the industry and our experts can advise you on the latest developments and technical advantages.

Every customer is unique, and we are flexible in our approach to designing solutions. This way you get the best engineering and service, the latest technology and the power to exceed your stakeholders’ expectations. Creating stability for you to achieve your goals is important to us, and we provide the knowledge, equipment and support you need.

Our goal is to empower you to make decisions that are exactly right for your business.

Vision:

To empower all the world’s seed and grain companies to
answer the demands of our changing world.
