The acquisition of Premium Seeds Machines (PSM) marks the beginning of a fantastic three-way partnership between Westrup, our Indian affiliate , Fowler Westrup and Dutch company, PSM. The close strategic union adds great value to all three companies in the form of more resources, a broader product portfolio and an even stronger global network of customers.
Premium Seeds Machines are known to be the seed industry's leading tech partners due to their strong focus on innovative technologies for seed processing. They are industry leaders in drying units, where their innovative Natural Long Process Dryers (NLPD) – the first of their kind, ensure customers a higher product yield and an increased lifespan of the processed seeds.
A STRONG TEAM
With this acquisition, Westrup joins forces with a strong team of engineers who will assist with product development, global sales and the production of new drying units – a partnership we have looked much forward to growing. The new PSM Team will also get new premises in the heart of Seed Valley in the Netherlands, known as the Silicon Valley of the seed industry, from where they will send their solutions out into the world.
