Accurate Surface and Shape Separation with the BG Belt Grader

The BG belt grader offers the following features:

  • Pre-hopper (50 l.).

  • Inlet hopper with vibration feeder.

  • BG/1: 1 PVC belt with adjustable inclination.

  • BG/2: 2 PVC belts with adjustable inclination for each belt.

  • Adjustable belt drive with frequency converter.

  • Control cabinet for:

    • Vibration feeder with potentiometer.

    • Belt drive with frequency converter.

    • Electric actuator for adjustable inclination of belt(s), 0.18 kW.

    • Speed monitor.

  • Mounted on frame and stand.

Options:

  • Special belt to separate seeds with different types of surface (black soft belt).

  • Indented PVC belt (white).

  • Autotransformer for 110 V, 60 Hz.

The BG Belt Grader is designed to precisely separate rough-surfaced seeds from smooth-surfaced seeds, as well as round seeds from flat seeds. It delivers reliable, high-accuracy grading to enhance product quality and consistency.
