Flexible Material Handling

The BT Rubber Belt Conveyor is available in various lengths and widths, featuring a single inlet and outlet at either end. It can be configured as reversible, with outlets on both ends, and is optionally available with a protective cover for added versatility and safety.

The BT belt conveyor offers the following features:

Drive section consisting of a rubber-covered drive drum, geared motor, and belt adjustment bracket.
Including one standard inlet.
Intermediate section with support rollers and return rollers.
Tension section with tension drum.
Smooth reinforced rubber belting.

Options:

Extra inlet or long inlet.
Inlet mounting plate or inlet sealing for multiple inlets.
Oil and fat resistant rubber belt or PVC belt.
Carriers and/or corrugated edges for belt inclination - 28°.
Reversible belt with 2 outlets.
Reversible tension section.
Scraper on outlet drum.
Rotating outlet brush.
Rotation sensor.
Discharge car (one-side or two-sides).
Aspiration channel for discharge car.
Top cover.
Bottom wire mesh.
Safety bottom plate.
Safety wire with switch.
