The CW-J de-bearder is primarily used to remove separating grass seed before pre-cleaning and is also effective in high-capacity barley cleaning operations.

The CW-J de-bearder offers the following features:

  • Inlet

  • Main shaft with beater device

  • Outlet

  • Aspiration connection diameter 150 mm.

  • V-belt drive and motor

Options:

  • Square wire mesh inside (for grass seed)

  • Rack-and-pinion operated bottom slide gate

  • Stainless steel plate inside (for grain)
