Reliable Product Handling

The EL elevator has head and boot sections with adjustable leg sections for height. The lower leg allows belt access and includes an inspection window and clean-out door. Steel buckets are standard, option of plastic buckets.

The EL elevator offers the following features:

Lower leg section with access for belt mounting.
Head section with bracket and free shaft for mounting of motor.
Boot section with adjustment device for belt tensioning.
Clean-out door.
Oil resistant belt.
Buckets made of steel.
Distance discs between buckets and belt.
Inspection window in lower leg section.
Elevator feet.

Options:

Belt speed monitor, PLC operated.
Belt alignment monitor.
Mechanical belt brake.
Air cleaning device in boot section.
Manually operated slide gate in boot section for clean-out.
Inlet hopper and safety grid for this.
Explosion relief door.
Plastic buckets.
