Ultra-Precision Cleaning

The FAU fine cleaner is first and foremost designed to be the main machine in seed and grain cleaning plants.

The FAU fine cleaner offers the following features:

  • Integrated inlet section with feed roll with variable drive.

  • Aspiration chamber with integrated screws and outlets for removed product on the right-hand side of the machine.

  • Screen section consisting of two sieveboats with screen flow 2-2 (upper sieveboat with two screen layers and lower with one return plate and two screen layers).

  • All screen segments with rubber ball cleaning.

  • Final aspiration channel with inspection window.

  • Prime product outlet placed under the machine for the entire width of the machine.

  • Common drive of feed roll, sieveboats, and screws.

Options:

  • Feed roll in various constructions (rubber covered, with gear variator 0-38 rpm, with fixed drive).

  • Vibrator feeder.

  • False air valve at top of machine or for adjustment from floor level.

  • Adaptive aspiration control system.

  • Fan with motor.
