Gentle, Efficient Drying with the FBD Fluid Bed Dryer
The FBD Fluid Bed Dryer is specially engineered as a surface dryer following chemical seed treatment, ensuring uniform and effective drying across a wide range of treated seeds. For fragile seeds, a variable speed option is available to provide extra-gentle handling—protecting product integrity while maintaining optimal drying performance.
The FBD Dryer offers the following features:
Vibrator feeder with potentiometer for capacity regulation.
Screen section consisting of 4 screen segments end to end; all with rubber ball cleaning.
The first 3 screen segments are for removal of small waste particles where 2.7 m2 of these screen segments can be connected to either ambient air or heating element (option).
The fourth screen segment is for removal of product clumps.
Aspiration hood on top of the screen section with 4 aspiration spouts for connection to an external aspiration system.
Inspection windows on both sides of the aspiration hood.
Two outlets for removed product.
Prime product outlet placed under the machine for the entire width of the sieveboat.
Drive and motor.
Options:
Frequency converter for variable drive of the screen section.
Heating element for warm air drying.
