Flexible Cleaning
The GAU Universal Fine Cleaner is designed for efficient cleaning and grading of cereals and seeds, delivering reliable performance and consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of applications.
The GAU-600 fine cleaner offers the following features:
Integrated inlet section with feed roll.
Pre-aspiration chamber and final aspiration chamber; both with rotary valve.
Screen section consisting of two sieveboats with multi-flow screen system.
Upper sieveboat with 2 screen layers.
Lower sieveboat with 1 return screen and 2 screen layers.
In total 5 screen segments; all with rubber ball cleaning.
Final aspiration channel with inspection window.
Outlet for removed product on the right-hand side of the machine through flex-pipes (not shown on photo) from the sieveboat outlets.
Prime product outlet placed under the machine for the entire width of the sieveboat.
Drive and motors.
Options:
Electrically variable feed roll with gear variator.
Kit for slower feed roll speed (2-7 rpm).
Vibrator feeder (instead of feed roll).
Air lifting screen in final aspiration channel.
Final aspiration channel with adjustable depth.
Quick-change screen system.
Adaptive aspiration control system.
Fan with motor.
