Brushing machine designed for professional production plants
The HA brushing machine is ideal for grass seed processing applications, particularly for separating twin kernels. It can also function as a seed polisher or be used for scarification.
The HA brushing machine offers the following features:
Inlet with screw.
One-section or three-section exchangeable standard mantle.
Rotating shaft with internally adjustable brushes.
One common outlet.
Manually operated bypass system integrated in the machine.
Connection on top of the machine for external aspiration system.
V-belt drive and motor.
Options:
Various kinds of brushes and steel beaters.
Arrangement for external adjustment of brushes.
End outlet.
Clamps for quick opening of the mantle.
Frequency converter (supplied separately for customer installation).
Larger motor.
Inlet with steel beaters and larger motor (instead of inlet with screw), which is especially suited for HA-800 for grass seed (excl. integrated by-pass system).
Various kinds of brushes and steel beaters.
Motor 4 kW (instead of standard 3 kW).
Frequency converter (supplied separately for customer installation).
