Brushing machine for organic productions
The HA-O brushing machine in this configuration is particularly well suited for organic seed processing. It is also ideal for research stations and facilities handling relatively small batches of high-value seeds. In addition, the machine can be used for processing granulated and powdered products.
The HA-O organic brushing machine offers the following features:
Inlet with screw.
One-section or three-section exchangeable mantle with square wire mesh.
Rotor with internally adjustable nylon brushes.
V-belt drive and motor.
Air inlet from top of the unit.
Two outlets; product outlet with rotary air valve and outlet for removed product at the bottom.
Connection at the bottom of the machine for external aspiration; 3 kW fan included.
Options:
Various kinds of brushes.
Arrangement for external adjustment of brushes.
End outlet.
Clamps for quick opening of the mantle.
Frequency converter (supplied separately for customer installation).
