Gravity-Based Precision with the HT Spiral Separator

The HT Spiral Separator is engineered to efficiently separate round seeds from flat seeds using gravity. Its simple, reliable design ensures accurate shape separation, improving overall product quality and consistency.

The HT spiral separator offers the following features:

Inlet for each spiral
Manually adjustable open-close valves (one for HT-2 and two for HT-4/-6/-8).
Separator cabinet with a number of spirals.
Each spiral with 8 flights and choice between 4 inclinations:
- 37 °
- 43 °
- 46 °
- 49 °
Manually adjustable deflector cone for product control for each spiral.
Handle for regulation of the ratio between round and flat product.
Common outlet for prime product.
Common outlet for removed product.
Curtain and rubber covered bottom for gentle handling.
Connection for external dust aspiration system.
Inspection window and access door for each spiral.

Options:

Pneumatic open-close valve/valves.
Product brake unit with nylon flaps or with magnets.
Finger system to keep the flaps in position during maintenance (for HT-4, HT-6, HT-8).
Extension hopper, H=600 mm, with or without feeding screw (for HT-4, HT-6, HT-8).
