High-Capacity Precision
The KA High Capacity Gravity Separator delivers fine grading and impurity removal for products with identical particle sizes but differing densities. When air, screens, or indented cylinders fall short, gravity separation ensures the highest level of purity—making it essential for demanding cleaning operations.
The KA gravity separator offers the following features:
PLC control system with 7’’ touch screen.
Inlet with manually adjustable capacity shutter.
Oscillating grading deck with exchangeable air distribution plate and standard covering for grain (ripple deck).
Outlet section with fixed outlet gates and manually adjustable outlet openings.
Belimo controlled stone outlet.
Adjustment of deck speed by frequency converter.
Hydraulic adjustment of deck inclinations by electrical pump.
Air intake with silencers.
Deck change from the side of the machine.
Integrated fan with frequency converter.
Drive and motors.
Options:
Dust hood over the entire deck.
Dust hood over 1/3 of the deck.
