The KA Gravity Separator delivers precise fine grading and impurity removal for products with identical particle sizes but varying densities. When traditional cleaning methods—air, screens, or indented cylinders—aren’t enough, gravity separation ensures the highest level of purity for your product.

The KA gravity separator offers the following features:

Manually adjustable inlet with capacity shutter.
Oscillating triangular grading deck with air distribution plate and standard covering for grain.
Manually adjustable deck stroke length, air intake volume, and deck inclinations lengthwise and crosswise.
Adjustment of deck speed by frequency converter and remote control with cable.
Outlet section with manually adjustable product guide plates.
Stone outlet.
Integrated fan.
Air intake with filter cloth.
Deck change from the side of the machine.
Manometer for control of millibar.
Drive and motors.

Options:

Round sack clamps to be fixed on the outlets.
Connection at inlet for external dust aspiration.
Dust hood over the entire deck (excl. fan).
Fan motor with frequency converter.
Deck with special covering.
Hydraulic regulation of deck inclinations with control panel.
Automation; extended PLC control:
- PLC control with 9’’ touch screen.
- Memory for batch recipes – saves machine parameters for all recipes.
- Remote control for mobile phone or tablet.
- Modem for remote service.
