Advanced Seed Treatment
The R1000 offers a batch capacity of 10–200 liters and is built for complex seed treatments, including coating and pelleting of seeds with a minimum diameter of 2 mm, ensuring precise and uniform results.
The R1000 seed treater offers the following features:
PLC-assisted scale.
Varied mixing time.
Dosing time can be set as needed.
Manual calibration.
7’’ touch screen.
Remote access to PLC via LAN, connected to service and/or remote computer/device.
The size of the batch can vary.
Statistics report.
Adjustable outlet-hatch opening time.
Op to 99 seed treatment recipes.
The integrated scale allows variation of batch size.
Options:
R1000, Schneider PLC controlled w. the NoroGard-Westrup software including recipe management and manual calibration.
R1000 ULD, Schneider PLC controlled.
Including recipe management and automatic calibration with continuous flow control.
Up to 10 separate dosage units.

Powder application systems.
Printer for statistical overview.
Pre-mixing station.
Remote control box consisting of a touchscreen with display and a start/stop handle.
This should preferably be placed at the fill-up station.

*Capacity: based on seed treatment of wheat with a density of 850 kg/m3 with basic application of treatment liquids and powders. The final machine capacity is dependent on customer product type, recipe, number of applications added as well as the required final quality of treatment.
