Precision Seed Treatment
The R1250 manages batch capacities from 10–280 liters and is designed for advanced seed treatments, including coating and pelleting of seeds with a minimum diameter of 2 mm, ensuring uniform quality and performance.
The R1250 seed treater offers the following features:
PLC-assisted scale.
The size of the batch can vary.
Varied mixing time.
Dosing time can be set as needed.
Manual calibration.
7’’ touch screen.
Remote access to PLC via LAN, connected to service and/or remote computer/device.
Statistics report.
Adjustable outlet-hatch opening time.
Up to 99 seed treatment recipes.
The integrated scale allows variation in batch size.
Options:
Schneider PLC controlled with the NoroGard-Westrup software, including recipe management and manual calibration.
Schneider PLC controlled with the NoroGard-Westrup software, including recipe management and automatic calibration with continuous flow control.
12’’ touch screen with ULD pumps
Up to 10 separate dosage units.
Powder application systems.
Printer for statistical overview.
Pre-mixing station.
Remote control box consisting of a touchscreen with a display and a start/stop handle.
This should preferably be placed at the filling-up station.
