The R15 Continuous Seed Treater is ideal for seed plants requiring reliable treatment of cereals, corn, peas, soybeans, OSR, cotton, and sunflowers—delivering consistent quality and efficient operation.

The R15 continuous seed treater offers the following features:

Continuous control of dosage rate on the ULD.
7’’ touch screen / 12’’ touch screen with ULD.
Manual calibration.
Self-cleaning outlet cone.
Remote access to PLC via LAN, connected to service and/or remote computer/device.
Equipped with up to 4 separate dosage systems.
Even accurate application of the treatment liquids.

Options:

Schneider PLC controlled including recipe management and manual calibration.
ULD, Schneider PLC controlled including recipe management and manual calibration with a liquid flow control.
Remote control cabinet with 7” / 12’’ with ULD HMI touch screen panel, and button for start/stop and emergency stop.
Extra dosing systems, maximum 4, for liquids.
Each dosage system has a capacity of 100-1000 ml/100kg seeds.
Powder feeding system.
Extra mixing tube.
Batch setup and statistics sent via email.
Customization for treatment of grass seed.
