SMALL-SCALE seed treater

Advanced laboratory treater for a wide range of applications. Designed for dressing, incrustation, coating, and pelleting, the R300 is ideal for defining production parameters before full-scale production.

The R300 seed treater offers the following features:

  • Independent variable speed on rotor and spinning disc.

  • The coated product is discharged via a pneumatic horizontal outlet hatch.

  • Treats in batches up to 3000 ml.

  • The stator is made of stainless steel and provided with features to help make the cleaning process more effortless.

Options:

  • Shelf adjustable.

  • Dosage system with pump for liquids and PLC touch screen.

  • Powder feeding system.

*Capacity: based on seed treatment of wheat with a density of 850 kg/m3 with basic application of treatment liquids and powders. The final machine capacity is dependent on customer product type, recipe, number of applications added as well as the required final quality of treatment.
