The R534 Batch Seed Treater is the ideal solution for complex seed treatments, including pelleting, multi-layer applications with intermediate drying, and processing of small seeds such as vegetable seeds. It delivers consistent, high-quality results with the flexibility required for advanced treatment processes.

The R534 batch seed treater offers the following features:

  • The speed of the rotor and spinning cup is adjustable.

  • The mixing time can be customized.

  • The outlet hatch opening time is configurable.

  • The dosing pump's pumping duration can be set.

  • 7’’ touch screen / 12’’ touch screen with ULD.

  • The pump capacity is variable.

  • Store up to 99 seed treatment recipes in the built-in operating system.

Options:

  • Manual without PLC control system.

  • Schneider PLC controlled w. our own software including recipe management and manual calibration.

  • ULD, Schneider PLC controlled w. our own software including recipe management and automatic calibration with continuous flow control.

  • Up to ten separate dosage units.

  • Powder application systems.

  • Remote control cabinet with 7” / 12’’ with ULD HMI touch screen panel, and button for start/stop and emergency stop.

  • Printer for printing out statistics.

  • Pre-mixing station.

  • Remote control box consisting of a touchscreen with display and a start/ stop handle.

  • This should preferably be placed at the filling-up station.
