The R8 Continuous Seed Treater handles batches from 3 liters up to 8 tons/hour, making it ideal for both laboratory use and production. Its versatility allows easy adaptation for small to medium-sized treatment plants, delivering consistent, high-quality seed treatment.

The R8 continuous seed treater offers the following features:

  • Easy dosage calibration within a closed system.

  • Accurate application, all within its compact and reliable construction. o Easy and quick cleaning.

  • Equipped with sensors that detect start of treatment.

  • Designed with a sophisticated dust evacuation to provide high-quality application.

  • Supervising system that stops the coater when failure occurs.

  • Diaphragm pump with pressure equalization for an even flow with less pulses, which ensures high dosing accuracy.

  • The pumps are reversible, easy to operate and have a long life cycle.

  • Easily operated by our software through a touch screen and delivered with an iPad for extern access and supervision possibilities via internet.

  • Continuous flow control of dosage rates.

  • 7’’ touch screen.

  • Manually calibration with integrated hectoliter weigher.

  • R8, Schneider PLC controlled with the NorogardWestrup software, including recipe management and manual calibration.

  • R8 ULD, Schneider PLC controlled with the Norogard-Westrup software.

  • Remote access to PLC via LAN, connected to service and/or remote computer/device.
