The Recipe Management System is smart, seamless, and fully automated.
By saving, recalling, and customizing recipes for any seed in seconds, machines adjust themselves for optimal performance every time.
The Recipe Management System offers the following features:
Stores previous settings for the entire cleaning line across different seed types
Automatically adjusts slopes, rotations, speeds, and more
Provides information on required screens and mantles for each specific seed
Allows users to select from saved recipes or create new ones, with options to name recipes by species, variety, and type
Maintains a complete list of saved recipes, up to 99 as standard, with expandable memory capacity
Integrated Machine Control:
Box Tipper: Automatically sets the speed of the vibrator feeder
De-awner: Automatically adjusts both speed and opening of the de-bearder
Air Screen Cleaner: Automatically configures the feeding module, specifies required screens, and sets the machine RPM. Aspiration is managed through the recipe system and maintained consistently via the Navigator 4.0 automation system.
