High-Quality Seed Cleaning

The S-600 Seed Grain Cleaner is ideal for larger farms and smaller cleaning plants where product quality is key. Designed for free-flowing seeds like wheat, barley, rye, oats, and triticale, it delivers up to 2 t/h capacity (wheat). For other seeds, Westrup provides expert support to ensure optimal results.

The S-600 pre-cleaner offers the following features:

Inlet with rotating feed roll.
Pre-aspiration.
Sieveboat with 3 screen layers each consisting of 2 screen parts.
All screens with rubber ball cleaning.
First screen layer is a scalping screen layer for catching large impurities like straw, etc.
We provide valuable insights, so you can make qualified decisions.
Second screen layer is a scalping screen layer for catching large impurities bigger than the good product.
Third screen layer is a sifting layer where thin and small kernels and other small impurities are separated from the good product.
Two-parted indented cylinder Ø 500 x 1500 mm for short separation; includes 1 mantle.
Final aspiration after the indented cylinder.
Stone trap, specially designed so stones/steel etc., heavier than the product will be separated out.
With sack clamp on all outlets.

Options:

Outlet for reversed operation (Long separation instead of short separation on indent).
Clipper/de-awner.
