Precision Pre-Cleaning
The SI pre-cleaner is designed for intake plants. The long double air separation channel across the full width of the cleaner, with perfectly balanced and very precise air control, gives a very accurate extraction of dust etc. as the product exits the machine.
The SI modular cleaner offers the following features:
Feeding section in construction with feed roll and straw drum Ø550 mm.
Aspiration chamber with screw.
Screen section consisting of two parallel working sieveboats each receiving 50% of the incoming material.
Each sieveboat has 1 scalping screen layer and 1 grading/sand screen layer.
Each screen layer consists of 2 screen segments.
All screen segments are rubber ball cleaned.
Outlet for removed product is on the right-hand side of the machine.
The machine has common fixed drive of feed roll, sieveboats, and screw.
Incl. valve pipe for mounting fan
Options:
Straw drum, dia. 800 mm, with wire mesh.
Inlet with feed roll.
Variable drive of sieveboats.
Fan.
