modular length separator

The TR Indented Cylinder features a modular design, allowing multiple units to be combined to meet specific grading and capacity needs. It efficiently handles the separation of short, long, or both short and long products, depending on the cylinder configuration.

The TR indented cylinder offers the following features:

Inlet.
Inner trough, which is manually adjustable from the outside.
Rotating exchangeable mantle.
Cylinder with agitator (short product), or agitator with screw (splitting), or outlet brake (long product).
Outlet for long fraction and outlet for short fraction at the outlet end of the machine.
Holes for manual sampling.
Safety and access cover on left and right hand side of the machine.
Lifting handles to assist mantle change (not available for TR-1240/-1250).
Prepared for connection of external aspiration.
Drive and motor.

Options:

Mantle, case-hardened or Teflon-coated inside.
Frequency converter (supplied separately for customer installation).
Motorized trough adjustment.
Built-in pipe system for compressed air cleaning.
Top cover.
Bottom mesh plate for safety.
Inspection hatch in the mantle (inlet end or outlet end).
