Versatile fine Cleaning
The UB Fine Cleaner is engineered for cleaning and grading seeds, cereals, and granulated products, and can also be adapted for a variety of special applications, providing reliable performance and consistent high-quality results.
The UB fine cleaner offers the following features:
Inlet with feed roll with variable speed from eccentric shaft.
Aspiration system with pre-aspiration chamber and final aspiration chamber; both with screw and one common false air regulation.
Screen section consisting of one sieveboat with 1 short and 1 + 1 long screens.
All screen segments with rubber ball cleaning.
Final aspiration channel with inspection window.
Outlet for removed product on the right-hand side of the machine.
Fixed drive of sieveboat and screws.
Options:
Vibrator feeder.
Sieveboat with 1 short and 2 long screens.
Sieveboat with 1 short and 1 + 2 long screens; note that this machine is higher than the other UB machines.
Variable drive of sieveboat.
Screen in final aspiration channel (rise air screen).
Separate gear variator with motor for feed roll.
