Kräuterwelt set out to upgrade their production with a clear goal: To create a modern processing line for valerian and other herbs, combining high purity, gentle handling, and scalability.
The Solution: Working closely together, we designed and delivered a complete processing line in just over six months, including:
Gentle pre-cleaning and precise screening
Indented cylinder separation
Optical sorting for improved product quality
Automated conveying and dust control
