We know you are always looking for ways to improve your operational stability and increase your
productivity. For this reason, we are constantly searching for ways in which we can support you in achieving your goals. That is why we have expanded our Service Team in North America with the addition of a dedicated Service Engineer and Service Manager in our new Denver Office.

Also, after the sale, Westrup US can readily provide training, machine health assessments as well as emergency service”– says Kevin Kidwell, Sales, Service and Test Center Manager.

To ensure that your operation is fully functional, our Service Team  provides:

  • Preventive maintenance ensuring your operational stability. Service check-ups are scheduled to suit your timeframe and with regular  maintenance you will be able to avoid costly downtime. 

  • Repairs and assessments of your existing Westrup equipment. Our Service Engineer will be on-site to perform inspections and service using original Westrup parts ensuring the reliability of your Westrup equipment. 

  • Operator training. We offer on-site training for your operators as well as at our Test Centers in Denmark and Colorado. In our Test Centers you are able to set up small batch production tests to see how your product reacts when conditioned and get familiar with your machines. 

Our new Service Engineer based in North America has years of experience as a Westrup Service
Engineer and is looking forward to collaborating closely with you. With this addition to our US team, Westrup is ready to equip you for change.
